We had an unfortunate, minor accident (aren’t they all unfortunate? And this one wasn’t my fault 🙂 ) I called Jacobsen on a Monday afternoon and took my car right over for an estimate.

So far, you may be thinking “that’s all well and good, but what sets Jacobsen apart?” I’m so glad you asked! Here’s how they earned their 5 stars:

They gave me an at home fix option. I mean, they talked me through how I could repair the damage myself at home and what I’d need to do so! Common people, that’s service!

Thinking about the future resale of my car, I opted to have them do the repair. And here’s the other 5 star kicker: they squeezed my repair in the following day! This was during a New Years week, and they were closed Thursday and Friday, thus super busy earlier that week!

Disclaimer on the next day service: my repair did not require them to order any parts. Next day wouldn’t have been possible if my car needed parts.

After all this, my repair was done by the time it was promised, and the bill matched the estimate.

I hope that we don’t need Jacobsen again, but if/when we do, I’ll be headed back without hesitation.

Just had my 2015 Chevy Silverado fixed here /hit a tire from a blowout on semi truck and all I can say is wow they did an amazing job. Way cheaper then the Chevy dealer wanted and done fast too. Will definitely keep coming here for future repairs if ever needed, especially with the friendly staff and honest good people.
